Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Contracting Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

Contracting Hub is a SaaS platform for property service contractors providing CRM, scheduling, invoicing, route planning, and AI-powered tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Service Level

99.5% Uptime Target

We target 99.5% uptime for the Contracting Hub platform, measured monthly. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from this calculation and will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. In the event of extended unplanned downtime exceeding our target, affected paid subscribers may request a pro-rated service credit for the downtime period.

Data Ownership & Portability

You Own Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Contracting Hub. This includes client records, job history, invoices, quotes, routes, schedules, and any other business data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

You can export your data at any time in standard formats (CSV, JSON) from your account settings. We will never hold your data hostage or charge fees for data export.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free trial users may be converted to paid plans with prior notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

Limitation of Liability

Contracting Hub is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Ontario Law, Ottawa Courts

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of Contracting Hub shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
